This survey targets members and followers of the Swedish International Agricultural Network Initiative, SIANI, a global, open and inclusive network that supports and promotes multisector dialogue and action around sustainable, rights-based and inclusive food systems.
  
The survey is administered by Verian, an independent agency, as part of an external mid-term review (MTR) of the SIANI 4 programme (2022–2027), supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). The results of the MTR will advise how implementation of the last two years of the programme (2026 to 2027) could be improved, and guide the preparation of a possible fifth phase.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to fill out. Once completed and submitted, you cannot change your answers or submit the survey again. 
  
Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your responses will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes. Results will be reported in aggregate, and no individual will be identifiable. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access or request deletion of your data by contacting sofia.karlssonahren1@veriangroup.com.
