We’re looking for two new Member-Nominated Trustee Directors (MNTDs) to join our Trustee Board.

Becoming an MNTD gives you a unique opportunity to work with a group of dedicated and diligent individuals who manage the Otto UK Pension Scheme.

Who’s eligible to apply?

You’re eligible to be nominated as an MNTD if you’re a member of the scheme and at least 18 years old.

You’re not eligible to be an MNTD if you:

• Work for a competitor of Otto;
• Are an undischarged bankrupt;
• Have been convicted of an offence involving dishonesty; or
• Have been disqualified from being a director of a company.

The successful candidate will have:

• good communication skills
• the ability to work as part of a decision-making group
• good, independent judgement
• a strong sense of commitment
• the confidence to speak their mind
• an interest in pensions
