Surveys are run on the Get Help pages of the Stop It Now! website to help improve the support provided to those concerned about their online behaviour and their families.

This survey is completely confidential and anonymous. We do not ask any questions which require you to provide any personally identifiable information and we will not be able to identify you from your responses. We therefore ask that you do not share any personally identifiable information (like your full name, telephone number or email address). Should you choose to share any personally identifiable information and you indicate you have committed a crime, we are required to pass that information to the police. 

All responses will be collected anonymously by an independent research company, Verian.
