Why did you contact me?
You are signed up to a BSR newsletter or you are listed in the high-rise building registration database. As stated in our privacy policy, we are getting in touch with you to ask for your feedback to improve our services.
What happens to my data?
Everything you say will remain anonymous. Interviews will be conducted by independent researchers at Verian. Your personal details and organisations’ name will not be shared with BSR. At the end of the project, BSR will receive an aggregated report meaning that your responses will not be matched with your personal details, unless you provide explicit consent, which would be agreed upfront. Participation is voluntary and you do not have to take part.
The online form is owned and hosted by Verian. The form will ask for your name and contact details alongside a few questions about your experience and organisation. Your name and contact details will be used by Verian to arrange interviews with selected participants. BSR will not have access to your name and contact details.
