Categorization
Generic categorization class. Categorizations are used in to ways in report definitions:

Defines the categories for a HeaderDefLevel.

Can be used in survey queries.
Be aware that the Categorization class cannot be used in queries, only one of the child classes. Only create instances of this class when creating categories of a HeaderDefLevel that are not related to answers, fields or SQL functions.
