CategoryFormElements
Class representing a set of categories defined for a given form.

Sometimes it is required to e.g. add a set of form categories in within a categorization. The form categorizations can either be a set of answers or a set of fields.

When the categorization is expanded, the CategoryFormElements is substituted by the actual categories loaded from the schema information in the database.
